RETAIL REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Ballback Inc offers a full year warranty on BALLBACK and BALLBACK PRO ball return units. Most product return issues are handled by retailers under agreement with the manufacturer. They request proof of purchase for refund or exchange at the store of purchase.

Our factory will replace a faulty or damaged Ballback "Original" or Ballback PRO unit within one year from purchase. We require proof of purchase, a shipping address and shipping/handling fee of $8.00 - payable by check to "Ballback Inc" or by using this PayPal button.

PLEASE READ

Our "Original" BALLBACK ball return unit was designed to fit "standard" home rims, but also fits some spring-loaded home rim models.

Our product fliers include installation instructions for proper fit to allow the unit to swing and "kick" the ball back toward the court.

The BALLBACK PRO ball return unit likewise fits "standard" home rims. Also it has longer hanger loops to span areas of the modern rims with "break away" spring features. Please note that these rims are defined as "home rims" and NOT the "institutional" rims of schools, colleges and the pros. Institutional rims have larger mounting hole patterns, big mounting boxes and heavier features than traditional "home" rims. Our units are intended for "home rims". Our units DO NOT fit institutional rims.

The ball return unit should readily install as instructed - and swing/flex freely to "kick" the ball back to the court. Forcing it to fit implies you have the wrong rim or improper installation. Both may cause poor performance and/or damage to the unit.

Ballback Inc assumes no responsibility for accident or injury however related to the unit or its use.
Remove the units during games and other non-related activities.
Units should not be reshaped, altered or used in temperatures below 40 degrees F.
Most injuries and unit damages are caused by misuse and/or not following instructions.
